The views at this trendy boutique hotel were fantastic. Booked king room with a mini bar, central heating, and a TV set. It offered very good service and local food too. Ideal location and overall the staff was very amiable and attentive.

King room with terrace was the best. Shower facilities, a hair dryer, and a bidet were very handy. The service was good and the pool was amazing.

Location: the hotel was very close to the nearest train station at Sant'Agnese - Annibaliano which is about 10mins walk, all main attractions and the Spanish Steps and the Trevi fountain. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, a safe box and TV. I had a fab experience and would come back for sure, really enjoyed the city and property...

This place offers great value with a wonderful small hotel atmosphere, rich breakfast, unbeatable location, and a comfortable king room bed.

We were on a Cosmos trip and had stayed at a sister hotel Buenos Aries. Unable to stay an extra night we had booked the Villa Grazioli for one night. Pleased to find it was only about a 100 metres from Buenos Aries. On arrival we had to wait to get into our room, and after two hour wait we finally got in the room. Needed to access computer for onward flight booking. Problems with connection so they allowed us to use their office computer which was good. Reception area was attractive and thats where it ended.

Hotel room was very small but the bathroom was hideous. Shower recess had thick grime in corners etc and someones long hairs were visible. Breakfast room extremely small and very very limited in content.

The double room we stayed in had a lovely terrace and three spacious beds, which was perfect for our needs. 🛏️.

Staff was very kind and polite helping with all issues we have encounter during out stay.

Wireless Internet was not accessible in the room, even in the lobby signal was weak and connection was pretty bad, especially if you pay 20 EUR for 3 days. Also, we had problem with hot water on 2nd floor and room was very small.

Staff and location (for us) was excellent.

This place offers a budget-friendly double room with 3 spacious beds and excellent service, alongside convenient on-site parking.

it is definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. rooms and hotel is old and need refurbishments. expect to have 2+ or 3 star experience at most. dont think of walking to city center, way too far.
